How long does it take to open a new account? | |
|
| Once we've received and have approved your signed application, we'll send your new account information right away, either by e-mail or regular mail (your choice). While new accounts are typically approved and opened within 24 hours, transfers from other brokerage firms typically take about 2-3 business days to complete. Help us speed the transfer process by contacting your previous broker and demanding an immediate account transfer. |

What types of accounts do you offer? | |

| You can choose from among the following account types: Individual/Sole Proprietorship, Joint (tenancy-in-common or right of survivorship), Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Custodial. |

What is your minimum account size? | |

| Our minimum initial account size is Rs 50000 to trade (sorry, but due to the risks inherent in trading these markets, smaller accounts cannot be accepted). You won't be able to actually trade until cleared funds become available in your account, so if you're in a hurry, we recommend that you include a Pay order or draft along with your signed account forms (personal checks require 3 business days to clear). |

Will my account be financially protected? | |

Can I trade regular market and futures markets of KSE? | |

| Absolutely! We offer access to futures and shares traded at KSE. However the commission structure for futures and KSE shares is slightly higher. |

What are stop or contingent orders? | |

| By using our on line trading system we provide you the ability to enter a primary order and stop loss orders simultaneously, totally on your own, without having to rely upon a human broker! This feature is ideal when you’d like the VALUE STOCK SECURITIES system to automatically place a stop order for protection or a limit order at your profit objective after your primary order’s been filled. Stop orders may be entered either at an exact price or at a specified distance from the price at which your primary order is executed. When your primary order has been executed, your contingent orders are immediately activated. |

What are our margin requirements? | |

| Our margin requirements for online traders are almost always set at the minimum levels (around 30 %) mandated by the various exchanges. Whenever you place an order, our system instantaneously calculates what your new margin requirement would be if the order were filled, and makes a determination as to whether you have sufficient funds available for the order. |
